• WHERE DO I PICK UP THE VEHICLE?

Our office is located at Airport Terminal and you pick up the car at the airport

  • WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?

Our opening hours are from 8 a.m. to 22 p.m. In case you should arrive or try to make a reservation outside opening hours, our staff will be available for you.

  • WHERE DO I RETURN THE VEHICLE?

You are return the car on same place as pick up if not agree a different drop off location.

  • WHAT IS COVERED BY THE INSURANCE, WHICH IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT?

The insurance covers compulsory insurance, comprehensive insurance and insurance against theft.

  • HOW OLD MUST I BE TO BE ABLE TO RENT A VEHICLE?

The minimum age is 21 years.

  • WHO CAN DRIVE A VEHICLE?

The vehicle can only be driven by the renter, whose name is stated in the rental contract. If you would like more persons to be able to drive the vehicle, this needs to be settled upon reservation. This is then charged according to the current price list.

  • CAN I TRAVEL ABROAD?

All our vehicles are equipped with a so-called Green Card (International Motor Insurance Card), which means you can travel to all EU countries. Please ask for cross border insurance at rental desk.

  • DO I KNOW WHICH TYPE OF CAR I WILL BE DRIVING?

Most of our vehicles are Peugeot.

  • WHICH DOCUMENTS DO I NEED WHEN I AM PICKING UP THE CAR?

You need a passport or an ID card, a valid driver’s licence and a valid credit card.

  • CAN I RENT A VEHICLE WITHOUT A CREDIT CARD?

No, you need to provide a valid credit card upon picking up the vehicle.

  • IS IT MANDATORY TO PAY A DEDUCTIBLE UPON RENTING A VEHICLE?

In case you decide to take a full insurance, which is calculated for every day of the rental according to the rates/which is calculated according to the daily rates , the payment of a deductible is not needed.

  • IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXTEND OR SHORTEN THE DURATION OF THE RENTAL?

You can return the vehicle before the rental time is up without any additional cost. If you would like to extend the rental time, the extra days will be charged according to the current price list. You need to notify Adria Car about any changes to the rental at least two days before the intended change is to take place.

  • HOW LONG CAN THE RENTAL LAST?

The rental duration is not limited and in case of a longer duration, Adria Car offers a price bonus
